Commission Guide:

PAYMENT

- All payment shall be made upfront, in full,* before I start working on the commissioned artwork.
^{- If the commission price is above a certain amount, 50% payment can be considered}
- Payment is through PayPal only. An invoice will be sent to your email.
^{- For local commissions (Philippines), please let me know in your commission request; I only accept GCash.}
- All prices are in USD.
- All payments are final. No refunds are allowed once I have begun working on your commission.

PRICES

- All commission prices listed are for personal use only ; the artwork commissioned for personal use cannot be used for profit. Additional fees for commercial rights can be discussed.
- The prices listed are the base price; additional fees may be added depending on complexity of design/details.

PERMISSIONS

- I own all the rights to the work I create. Commissioned artwork from me cannot be sold nor exchanged in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless I have given explicit permission AND have been paid for the rights to do so.
- I forbid any of my artwork, commissioned or not, to be used in any type of blockchain technology such as cryptocurrencies and NFTs.
- I forbid any of my artwork, commissioned or not, to be trained into any artificial intelligence or neural network.
- I have the right to include the commissioned artwork in my portfolio. I may also post the artwork on my social media for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise (please state beforehand).
- Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use fanart commissions of characters who belong to an existing IP (games, series, etc) for digital and physical merchandise (prints, keychains, etc.)
- Reposting and sharing the artwork is completely fine even without credit, as long as you do not claim it is your own work.
- Removing my watermark is forbidden.

BEFORE I work on the commission…

- Please provide visual references of the character. For OCs, I kindly ask for a reference photo with their colors. I will charge extra if only text descriptions are provided.
- I have every right to decline the commission.
- I will reach out within a week once I have accepted your commission.
- Once paid upfront, you will be added to my Client List. You can view your place on the queue or if I am currently working on your piece.
- Please know that all commissions are public by default.
- Please know that my art commissions will take time. Any rush jobs will be declined, but reasonable deadlines will be considered.
- Please take note of what I will and will not draw in my Commission Examples page.
- Please note that I will decline any request of copying or imitating another person's art style, whether it is an independent artist or a well-known mangaka. If you want their art, commission them, not me.
- I will also turn down any request for me to continue another artist's unfinished work.

WHILE I am working on your commission…

- I will reach out to you once I am about to start with your commission.
- You have the right to ask for progress and updates on your commissioned artwork. I will be sending progress images of the commission, from the rough sketch to the rendering stage (if applicable).
- A few (less than 4) minor revisions will be free. Major revisions will cost additional fees.
^{- Revisions regarding skin tones are always free of charge.}
- The finished commissioned artwork will be sent through your email.

When you commission me, I assume you have properly read, understood, and AGREED to the terms I have listed.
